Maribel Ortega

A Dominican based in Munich who wonders whether she still is a native Spanish speaker after so many years living abroad, a non-native English speaker even though she started learning it as a small kid and uses this language 90% of her time and may be even German as her passport suggests, or do any of these labels matter at all?
