Dan Mills

Dan is Commercial Director for ITNedu, the educational division of ITN, one of the world’s leading news and multimedia content companies. ITN creates, packages and distributes news, entertainment, factual and corporate content on multiple platforms to customers around the globe. He is based out of their London headquarters, helping publishers & institutions find new ways of engaging their students with authentic video.

Prior to ITN, he was MD at Mayfair Recording Studios in London’s Primrose Hill working with some of the biggest names in the music business in the 90s and 00s. He read music at Surrey University and majored in Jazz Piano at the Royal Academy.

In his current role with ITNedu, he produces customized, short-form video for English Language Teaching – pioneering the blend of authentic archive TV, Film & News material with newly scripted narration – offering the best of controlled vocabulary with real speakers and natural accents.

He has produced over 100 videos within the last year alone, set to be published later this year.
